Jacek Brydak - Lawyer

He started his career as a lawyer in 1976. He has been the Presidium member of the District Bar Council
in Warsaw since 2007 where he also held the firm of the Disciplinary Spokesman for two terms. Honoured
by The Polish Bar Council with Adwokatura Zasłużonym distinction.
The graduate of the Faculty of Law
and Administration in Constitutional Law Department of the University of Warsaw. He completed his judicial traineeship in Voivodeship Court in Warsaw and then his lawyer traineeship in the District Bar Council in Warsaw. And then he started his individual practice as a lawyer. In the 1980's he engaged in the activities of the Political Thought Club Dziekania - an opposition organization promoting the idea of civil society. He is a graduate of the seminar on Application of European Convention on Human Rights in Polish Legal Order. The seminar was organized by the Information and Documentation Centre of the Council of Europe. He has been active in lawyers' self-regulation organization. He used to be a vice-president of the Commission on Human Rights and European Union Legislation of the District Bar Council. Since 1995 he has been a delegate to the National Congress of the Bar.
He specializes in family law, especially in the field of divorce, property and inheritance proceedings, civil and criminal law. For almost two decades he has been representing his clients in the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

Łukasz Brydak - Lawyer

The graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration in the Institute of International Law of the University
of Warsaw. Disciplinary Spokesman's deputy of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

He completed his lawyer traineeship in District Bar Council in Warsaw and then started his individual legal practice. He is also a graduate of the seminar: Application of the European Human rights convention in Polish Legal Order, organised by the Information and Documentation Centre of the Council of Europe. He also worked as a volunteer in the Centre of the Council of Europe.

He specializes in civil, family, criminal, inheritance and administrative law. He is also a specialist in the field of human rights. He advices individual clients and companies. He is interested in military subjects. He is one of the authors of the regulations for the CCS in Masovian and Łódź Voivodeship.
